Is uppercasing appropriate here? I'd say all-uppercase words are
acronyms. Besides, 'Config' is already in use.
The other question is, who writes a guide for all the Config modules
on CPAN? 'cpan> m /config/' lists 71 items (well, most of them are for
config data), but what's worse, 'm /^config/' still lists 14.
