XML module list

Hi,

The module list at http://www.cpan.org/modules/00modlist.long.html refers
to the XML module list in
http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/XML/perl-xml-modules.html

This list has not been updated in 2 years and lists only 12 of the 35 XML
modules in the XML namespace.

I think it should be either updated or references to this list should be
removed, as it is misleading to users looking for XML modules.
