psg - a module used for scanning the process table - condensed
and portable version of `ps -ef | grep`
Have worked extensively toward a standard check_pid function that
will allow a perl script to, upon starting up, check to make sure that
another copy of the same script is not running. This is the first
portable module to come from that development. I plan on also
releasing check_pid as a module as well.
