Dear CPAN -
I am interested in uplaoding a patch, or release, of a perl module,
but I am not the original author of that module. Perhaps you can
advise me on how I can do so. I have contacted the original author and
he gave me the go ahead (not sure if I need additional information
beyond his go-ahead). I figured the best approach, at a blush, would
be to register as a developer.
