Hi,

I'd like to upload new Perl5 module `Socket6' to CPAN archive.

Description of what I'm planning to contribute:
I'd like to upload new Perl5 module `Socket6' to CPAN archive.
This module support getaddrinfo() and getnameinfo() defined by
RFC2553 (Basic Socket Interface Extensions for IPv6). This enable
us protocol independent programming. If installed environment
supports IPv6, Perl5 script that uses getaddrinfo() will talk
    IPv6.
    This module is available on:
        http://www.imasy.or.jp/~ume/ipv6/Socket6-0.3.tar.gz

Module description:

Name DSLI Description Info
------------ ---- -------------------------------------------- ----
Socket6 andf getaddrinfo/getnameinfo support module UMEMOTO

I have discussed about making this module on [EMAIL PROTECTED],
[EMAIL PROTECTED], and [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mew-dist is
a developpers list of the `Mew' which is a mail reader running on
Emacs and transport part of Mew uses Perl5. IPv6-jp is a list for
discussing IPv6 related things on FreeBSD. linux-ipv6-jp is for IPv6
on Linux. Unfortunately, these lists are in Japanese. Sorry for my
inconvenience.

Thanks in advance,
