Howdy, Module List Maintainers:
I've a module which implements the "Simple Good-Turing" algorithm,
derived from a C program by Geoffrey Sampson -- see
http://www.cogs.susx.ac.uk/users/geoffs/RGoodTur.html
for what it means.
I'm thinking Statistics::SGT, but maybe Statistics::SimpleGoodTuring
is better... or -- yuck -- Statistics::GoodTuring::Simple.
