Dear all,

I'm about to publish a module collection for processing text in Lao
script that I've tentatively called Lingua::LO::Transform
(https://github.com/mbethke/Lingua-LO-Transform) but I'm not quite happy
with the naming.

There is one other module in that namespace called Lingua::LO::Romanize,
and romanization is one thing my modules do, but I'm also doing
syllabification (Lao is usually written with spaces only between
sentences so one needs an algorithm to detect syllable boundaries to
make sense of any text), analysis of syllables (determine consonants,
vowels, tone marks and resulting tone) and perhaps later romanization to
other standards of the roughly half dozen existing ones. So I currently
have
Lingua::LO::Transform::Syllables
Lingua::LO::Transform::Classify
Lingua::LO::Transform::Romanize
Lingua::LO::Transform::Romanize::PCGN
Lingua::LO::Transform::Regexp

The latter is just a helper that constructs the large regexps used by
the other modules.

Now "Transform" is awfully generic and just there to avoid namespace
clashes in Lingua::LO. "Syllabify" would be more consistent but feels
kinda unwieldy.

Any ideas on that?

cheers,
        Matthias
