Rhino is a Javascript engine written in Java. The name doesn't mention either Javascript or the language it's written in. Likewise Spidermonkey, a Javascript engine written in C/C++. So there's good precedent for just calling it $animal. I like pilot whales and puffins, so I recommend naming it after one of those. -- David Cantrell | Nth greatest programmer in the world Support terrierism! Adopt a dog today!
