I don't. There are Perl job lists and sites that list *only* Perl jobs.
If someone is looking to employ someone, they can use them and get in
contact with people who are interested. They are easy to find, and easy to
use. Sending an email to 9000 people on the hope that some are interested
is a bad practice.
