Hello module authors,
I am about to release a module to CPAN and I don't know where to put it.
Originally it was designed to help prevent brute force password cracking
on web forms, but when we put it in production we realized it could be
used to count, limit, and throttle pretty much anything, based on any
criteria. So I really don't know where it belongs any more. I realize
this description might not help much either, so let me direct you
presentation made at PTPW last spring can be found here, that will
explain it a bit more:

The POD at the bottom of the module source is pretty extensive, with
several examples and ideas for use.
Thanks for taking the time to have a look (if you have some time :) and
for any useful suggestions (not even limited to naming, since I never
