This is the rt on the cpan module. Access is given to the PAUSE ID of the person that owns the particular module, either on a first-come basis or based on who owns the namespace (ie via registration in the module list).
I believe you need an account on the RT, using your email address. I can't remember how I set that up for my dists. I use a Bitcard account with my CPAN ID (freque...@cpan.org) to log in. >From the main page of http://rt.cpan.org: ... manage bugs in your distributions? To work with bugs, every module author with a PAUSE account can log into rt.cpan.org with their PAUSE userid and password. If you can't log in or distributions you maintain aren't listed, please write to rt-cpan-ad...@bestpractical.com at your earliest convenience. You can't get access to the queue unless you own the module, so if someone has gone MIA and you'd like to take over the namespace then e-mail the author and Cc modu...@perl.org to make your plea with the PAUSE admins. Good luck, I hope this helps.
