Sounds good. A rose by any other name, etc. Just mention that it was inspired by PyConstruct somewhere visible. Note that Alan Haggai Alavi could really use it for his Archive::Zip work on this grant - http://news.perlfoundation.org/2008/05/2008q2_grant_proposal_fixing_b.html so releasing it as soon as possible would be prefarable.
