Dear List, I would like your opinion on the namespace:
Samba::LDAP then Samba::LDAP::Group Samba::LDAP::Password Samba::LDAP::User I want to do this as I am halfway through writing an application called "SOSA - Samba and Open-xchange Simple Administrator" using Catalyst (which is to be released GPL) and I don't want to have to rely on the command line smbldap tools from idealx being installed, so I want to CPAN-ize them and have the modules installable from there. I have contacted Jerome from Idealx and John from Samba, whom I both know already. I am still waiting for a reply from Jerome, and so won't move forward until we have had a chat. I am concerned about a code fork, but I don't think that would happen. On a side note, if any authors have been in the same position as this, I would love to hear your advice as to whether this is the best way to go.
