Sybase to MS Sql Server to MySql and Postgres and probably a few others

My particular expertise is in Sybase. As you may be aware from the
media, AOL is now positioning itself as a portal on the web similar to
Google or Yahoo. This means that the interfaces between the AOL Client
(what most folks think of when they think of AOL) and our internal
infrastructure are undergoing a radical change from home grown API's to
standard web API's such as WSDL and SOAP so that we can better support
www.aol.com and migrate more of our features/services to the web community.
