Does anyone here use cpan-upload or know how to contact Neil Bowers? I added url-based upload support to this to enable uploads of tarballs from my webserver (subversion server.)
http://ericwilhelm.homeip.net/svn/Module-Subversion-Juggle/trunk/data/scripts/ I sent a patch to Neil for this last April, and a reminder last month, but have never heard anything or seen a new version show up on cpan. The copy that I use does what I want, but I would like to get this into distribution.
