Dear colleagues, At our institute (Computational Linguistics, Munich University) we have developed some algorithms for indexing semi structured (XML) data. Maybe I have not investigated intensively enough, but I have up to now only found some modules for indexing unstructured plain text.
Do you know any such modules? Or is anybody out there who already plans to write and publish such technology? Otherwise I intend to open the namespace XML::Index and write the following modules: XML::Index::DataGuide XML::Index::CADG (Content Aware DG) The XML::Index namespace could be open to other authors intending to program some other technologies that have been devised for XML indexing.
