I don't see that. Most of the interesting stuff is also on CPAN.
I concede it is a limited problem where Perl applications are
concerned, which are not typically CPAN-ized, but Sourceforge
*does* have a "Perl foundy"[1], so if people categorize their
projects properly, this shouldn't be an issue.
