My solution is to copy ./mod_ssl-2.8.28-1.3.37/pkg.sslmod/ssl_expr_scan.c to ./apache_1.3.37/src/modules/ssl/ssl_expr_scan.c Additionally I touch all the files in the ./apache_1.3.37/src/modules/ssl/ directory to get the current time and date stamp.
