If you mean mod_perl with ithreads and using the Apache mpm_event module, then that's incorrect, I think. Search the archives of this mailing list for posts by Joe Schaefer <j...@sunstarsys.com> for some clues as to how. I haven't done it myself, but Joe says it is possible (and the performance is much, much better than mpm_prefork), but my understanding is that it's not exactly trivial to set up and may involve compiling Perl with custom options, iirc.
