Hi Ali, it's not obvious to me what this has to do with mod_perl. I guess this applies to other list readers as well. So you should probably clarify the connection between the problem you're trying to solve and mod_perl, or ask for support in a place dedicated to the specific RSA Web Agent software you're trying to get to work.
