Not able to install mod_perl - Need Help

Hi all,

 

Iam new to the perl world.

Iam installing mod_perl-2.0.2 . For this ive downloaded httpd-2.0.59(apache i.e).

I want to use the static linking option.

I followed instructions listed at  http://perl.apache.org/docs/2.0/user/install/install.html ( Static mod_perl).

 

 

Err is  -

Is it something to do with cygwin.( O.s is windows XP pro)
