I have these lines in httpd.conf:
 
LoadFile "D:/Program Files/Perl/bin/perl58.dll"
LoadModule perl_module modules/mod_perl.so
 
I have ActivePerl 5.8.8. The mod_perl.so I have is the the most recent binary
available from the mod_perl site.
