Off-line mod_perl documentation

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about getting the 
mod_perl documentation
setup for local viewing.  I'm trying to keep this from being an 
"all-day" project.  I want
to be able to get at the mp2 docs "off-line" or locally.  It would be 
nice if it was html too
rather than the less usable PDF type.
