yep. thats how i've got it set right now. i'm going to run some
concurrency tests this weekend to see how it works with cached
handles in Apache::DBI.
i've just found that YMMV with all of the connection pooling software
i've seen - and things can get a bit odd with the DBI pooling
options. and well, i'd rather learn from someone else's mistakes
this weekend than my own.
