installing ModPerl::MethodLookup from CPAN

Even though I have mod_perl 2.0.1 installed I get the following when I 
use
the 'r' command in the CPAN shell:

Package namespace         installed    latest  in CPAN file
ModPerl::MethodLookup         undef     0.009  
G/GO/GOZER/mod_perl-2.0.1.tar.gz

Does it matter that the installed version is 'undef'?

I'm on OS X 10.3.9 / Apache 2 / perl 5.8.7
