All,
With the following entries in our httpd.conf, can anyone see any reason why we are having to close and reopen our browser to see any effect of the changes made to to /online_testing/perl/Quiz1Solns.cgi?
If you need to restart the browser (not the server), then it has nothing to do with the server configuration, but with the client configuration. Most likely the response gets cached and restarting the client gets it uncached.
