anyone successfuly compiled mod_perl 1.29 from source on Debian Woody?
I haven't ever used Debian, but I'll ask you a question anyway. :)
modules/standard/libstandard.a(mod_include.o): In function `handle_perl':
perl -v
This is perl, v5.6.1 built for i386-linux
We like to see the output of 'perl -V' not 'perl -v' (lots more info.)

This perl is the Debian Woody packaged perl. I did not build this one myself.
If anyone has other suggestions please advise!
Did you build your own Perl? If not you might need to make sure that the compiler used to build your Perl is the one that you're using to build mod_perl. It's in the docs.
