Well, this is a mailing list for users of mod_perl.  Questions about
HTML which don't involve how to generate it from mod_perl are off-topic
for this list.

Your post seems to be asking about Java Server Pages.  Whatever product
you use to run your .jsp pages probably has a mailing list of its own.
