Internet Billing Programmer / Analyst Key Responsibilities · Maintain, improve and run our EclipseNet billing system. · Create best practices in on-line subscription billing cycle. · Trouble shoots and resolves billing inconsistencies. · Work with reporting system to ensure accurate revenue numbers. · Work with vendors to resolve EclipseNet problems and deficiencies. · Must collect and process credit card transaction on time. · Expects some on-site and remote weekend/evening work as needed.
Qualifications · Strong technical training, including coursework at associate/bachelor degree level. · Professional, hands-on experience with programming required. · Wide ranging exposure to web services and web-based applications. · Expert knowledge of Perl, Linux/Unix required. · Experience with client/server billing application required. · Experience as a Database Admin. preferred. · Prefer system administration experience, or willingness to learn quickly. · Understanding of e-commerce. · Great attitude and able to handle stressful situations. · True problem solver, helpful with team demands. · Good verbal and written communication skills.
