What _I_ am interested in, is a flag with which I could see whether it would make sense to load as much as possible, rather than on demand. If I can determine that from any other set of API's, that's ok too, of course.
See my other reply, it's not enough to know which mpm you are running with in order to decide to preload things or not. Loading all things after startup is counter-efficient.
