Thanks for the info on installing Ged.

I've got to a certain point and all looked good.

I loaded my test script on my new version of apache with MP 1.29 and it
looked great.

I then went and loaded my test site and started getting all sorts of
errors that are way above me at this time.

It turns out the things have indeed changed in OS X 10.3

I tried building apache with static linking, Apples comes with DSO.

I get this filling my error log:

dyld: /home/httpd/sbin/httpd Undefined symbols:
/Library/Perl/5.8.1/darwin-thread-multi-2level/auto/Apache/Request/
Request.bundle undefined reference to _ap_day_snames expected to be
defined in a dynamic image

and loads others

I haven't a clue what it's trying to tell me other than it's broken and
is possibly something to do with DSO

Should I try again this time with DSO support. Or should I just go get
myself a Linux box until apple make it work (I'm a Mac user, I'm used to
things just working ;)

Thanks

Angie (relieved it's friday, I need a weekend after this)
