After downloading the newest versions of mp2, libapreq2
At the moment you don't need libapreq2 to run the test suite. Though it's a good idea to add some for the next release.
I was able to compile to compile everything but the the test-suits showed some errors.
To start with, your bug report is incomplete. Please see http://perl.apache.org/bugs/ on what we expect you to send to us.
I don't know if I'm doing something very stupid here but maybe one of you experienced the same and can help me out with some advice.

Maybe the verbose output of the scanhdrs2 test is giving some hint here . I could have added the verbose outputs of the other failed tests as well but I guess this would have been a bit too much.
Can we still see t/logs/error_log after running the scanhdrs2 test? rm t/logs/error_log before you run it. I'm sure there is something in it, because you had a 500 response when 200 was expected. It must have been logged.
Also give us some more input e.g., run api/sendfile.t and again post the error_log file.
