Please note that qmicli is not really part of MM, so this is not new
in MM 1.10. That qmicli command was introduced in the stable libqmi
1.18.0 version.
Anyway, this is probably something we could expose in the ModemManager
APIs as well, maybe in the Modem.Signal interface.
