F-Droid <https://f-droid.org/>, a FOSS "app store", is voting on a new icon for Fennec <https://forum.f-droid.org/t/poll-vote-on-new-icon-for-fennec/3513> for their distribution. Briefly investigating the reasons, it looks like they weren't excited about the current icon so they decided to take matters into their own hands. - Mike
