The team should consult with Release Management and Erin. I don't think this affects FxAndroid as much. There is no Aurora/Developer edition channel any more so there will not be any b1 or b2 builds as those numbers will be used for desktop developer edition. For Java side code you should be clear to land code as needed (my opinion). Code that touches toolkit/gecko is the most risky part and the 19th will apply for that.
