Hello iOS'ers, One of the lesser known aspects of the project is how we build and produce artifacts for testing and App Store submissions. The current process isn't very clear and I'd like propose an alternative way of putting together our builds along with opening up the discussion more than we have in the past.
The format is still new but I've detailed some of the changes I'm thinking of making in a PR formatted in a similar way the Swift 3 proposals are structured (thanks Farhan!).
