No problem with that.
I don't have every day enough time to answer all the mails I get. 
Writing the mail to the list is the better choice.

What command do you use for recording ?
Do you use the -c option ? If yes, please use -c 2 because than lavrec 
replcates or deletes frames when needed.

What video source do you have ?

Do you have dropped/lost or inserted frames ?
You see that in the output of lavrec:
0.06.14:22 int: 00040 lst:0 ins:0 del:0 ....

Please post in your answer the lavrec command and the output lavrec 
generates.
When the sync is from the beginning the same you can fix that when 
running mplex (--sync-offset|-O option). But if you have the offset over 
the whole time it is harder to fix. sox comes into my mind.
