Hi, I wrote a small utility to make mjpeg tools YUV format slide show from any collection of jpeg pictures. I had problems with the existing utility, and also with ffmpeg, it seems those crash or get confused when BW pictures are among the jpegs. This seems so far stable. Please use the script as supplied in the README
