It can not be the lastest CVS version because 'yuvdenoise' (cvs)
has NOT accepted the '-s' or '-g' options for some time now. The
current version of 'yuvdenoise' has '-m', '-M' and '-t' options

Hmmm, deinterlacing? Might not be a good thing - if you're going to
DVD.

yuvdenoise -h
shows the options that are available.

"-V 500" is NOT needed. The default (set by '-f 8') is perfect
for DVD. A value of 500 is higher than is used even by HD MPEG-2

I'm on vacation at the moment and a lengthy discussion is not possible
(about to wander out and do some sight seeing) but my suggestion
is omit the deinterlace step
