mjpegtools mplex-2 version 1.6.3-rc2 (2.2.3) I think I used yum install. It was configured to use freshrpms. I got a slightly smaller mpg (4668916). Same result: out of sync. It's a long story. Turning it very short: I used to author using VCDEasy because I want chapters every 5 minutes. And a GUI. And SVCD. QDVDAuthor only makes DVDs. Tovid needs to encode video. So for the moment I stayed with VCDEasy. VCDEasy actually runs vcdimager under cygwin so the result is the same without the need to type xml by hand.
