Thanks for spotting that one. The program would build ok
if an existing mjpegtools installation were present - but doing a
"bootstrap" operation wouldn't work. I forgot to finish the task
of converting the program from a standalone app to being integrated
into cvs.
The suggested patch was fine and has been checked in.
