Hmmm - that's something new (and definitely unusual), haven't had
that happen when I've used -I active

Couple things to try come to mind.
The log/debug info would be useful in this case. Try removing the
"-v 0". What does y4mscaler say it is doing - you should see
a summary of the region sizes (in and out), scale factors, and so on.
Then try leaving out the "tl" and seeing if that has any effect, again
noting what the log/debug summary says.
With the extra info perhaps something (hopefully obvious) will jump
out and say "here I am - fix me ;)"
