A video source issue. The source has artifacts and the card fails to
synchronized on frames.

Their decoder is more stable than the one on DC10+ cards...

Your best shot to get rid of this is to buy a TV signal stabilizer.
Otherwise, you'll have to live with it or capture this particular movie
with something else, e.g. your saa7134 card...
