Well, sync is built into the DV format. The problem with DV is, that it takes so much HD. Other than that, DV is a wonderful format, with no recognizable loss of quality, as opposed to MJPEG. Then again, most quality loss comes from the carrier (VHS, cable) anyway, so then DV doesn't help anything. ;). Ronald -- Ronald S.
