The next easiest thing would be to edit the Makefile and change the

At least now you have both the audio and video encoders (mp2enc
and mpeg2enc) which I believe are absent from the SuSE provided
package (license/patent fees).
Now that you've ruled that out - what's "Plan B"? ;)
