I had tried to install MPEG2ENC on mac but it doesn´t work becouse I downloaded open source.
I have successfully compiled mpeg2enc an Mac OS X 10.3 via Fink.

Does anybody now where can I find this file to install on Mac?
There is an older (?) precompiled Mac OS X binary (and some compilation instructions) at:

Many GUI apps also use mpeg2enc as their engine -- you can also extract mpeg2enc from them by ctrl-clicking the installed application package:
