That looks as if the mjpegtools would excpect a other version of the
libquicktime. You can compile the mjpegtools yourselve. Or maybe upgrade
first to the 1.6.2 mjpegtools.

Use the 1.6.2 mjpegtools. As RPM Package or compile it as soure. If you
really want to compile you can also compile the libquicktime from soure.

Sorry somtimes I underestimate and sometimes I overestimate what the
people know :-/

And on the commandline, does it work there ?

 A guess (I didn't look at the source) would be that LVS can only handle
one file, and stops because of that after the first file.
