No. At least I think there is no card aviable where we could get the
spec.

What command do you exactly use and how many FPS do you get ?

You can make soure that mpeg2enc really uses the aviable ASM Altive
Routines. Take a look on the first few lines when mpeg2enc starts. 

If you encode at full size, and you have a non interlaced stream make
soure that mpeg2enc is encoding with -I 0. Don't use a to big search
radius. 

If you have more that one computer you can encode on 2 computers. Read
in the mjpeg-howto the section: SMP and distributed Encoding. Which
describes how you encode using several machines.
