You must cease distribution of "3CaDo_BASE.lha" and "ViCaDo_TOOLS.lha"
immediately.
"ViCaDo_TOOLS.lha" contains software which has been released to you under
the GNU Public License. Your redistribution, however, fails to:
a) provide a copy of that license, and indicate that such software
falls under that license;
b) conspicuously present the appropriate copyright notices and disclaimers
of warranty;
c) include the complete source code, or an offer to distribute the
source code upon request.
"3CaDo_BASE.lha" contains copyrighted materials which you have *no license*
to redistribute. In particular, it includes documentation written by myself
and published at the "http://www.mir.com/DMG/"; website. The published
versions of these documents all contain the following text:
"This material may not be republished in any form without
express written consent of the author."
This text is _conspicuously absent_ in the versions republished in the
archive "3CaDo_BASE.lha". You have not received any consent, written
or otherwise, to republish this material.
You need to suspend distribution of these two archives (and any others
containing copyright and/or license violations) until the offfending
material is removed and/or the offenses are remedied.
