Hi Bernhard, > Which dc10 do you try to load with the script ? > There are 4 DC10's arround. Which differ a little. Pleas take a look th > the FAQ file, and look at your card to find out which one you really > have. I try to load it with the dc10 - option. As I looked through the update file, the modules which are loaded are the same for dc10 and dc10plus, so I tried the buz and the lml-version also, but nothing works. My LSPCI says the following: "Zoran Corporation ZR36057PQC Video cutting chipset (rev 01)" and I am pretty sure, that it is an old dc10, because the older version of the zoran-driver works (for watching) with "update dc10old". But with that driver version I am not able to record anything ... The strange thing is that the zoran driver recognizes my card (see line 4 below), but says it is not supported, although it has the 36057 chip on board ... Does anyone have the same card running under SuSE 8.2 or could there be a conflict with some other hardware under Linux? I have a ASUS Board (Via-Chipset) with Athlon 2400+ and a GeForce 4MX 440SE 8x and the card worked with W2K. Thanks again! Marcel Selhorst
